HOME STUDY

You will receive the Reiki Study Pack when you book before your workshop – this allows you to read through the contents beforehand leaving us plenty of time for the Practical work on the Workshop day.

It’s really important for you to have read the manual and know your hand positions by the Workshop day as we will focus purely on the practical aspect and any recapping will be done if there is time at the end of the day or you can contact me after the course.

Your Study Pack will be posted out before your Workshop day. The Workshop will be a small group with a maximum of 4 students.

The combination of both gives you the equivalent of 2 days training at a more relaxed pace. This gives you time to go over your notes whenever it suits you before and after the Course and really enjoy your Practical Day without being concerned about anything !!

What we will cover on the Practical Training Workshop Day – 10am till 5pm

  Welcome and Introduction

You will learn how to work with energy – some simple exercises to feel your energy and that of other people

We will practise the Japanese ‘Hatsurei Ho’ daily exercise meditation technique

You will receive 3 Reiju Spiritual Empowerments that connection you to the Reiki energy

Demonstration and Explanation – a variety of hand positions to suit everyone

Feeling the Energy Field – Practice with scanning one another

Treat another student – practice giving a full Reiki treatment

Be treated by another student – a chance to see how it feels !!

Your Shoden Reiki Certifcate

THE ZOOM WORKSHOP DAY – 10am till 5pm (or 4pm finish  if one-to-one)

The ZOOM version will run with the same format as the in-person Workshop as it will be a live interactive Workshop from my therapy room. One-to-one training or two students maximum so that I can observe you and send your Empowerment during the day.

You will require a model or models to work on and some background music from a CD player or your phone. The fee options are the same as the in-person classes so you can use the links above to pay and book – just specify that it is via Zoom and your preferred dates and times along with your details.

You will receive the same Certificate as the students who attend the live in-person practical day.

Dates are by request so quite flexible which is important seeing as you require a model/models to work on wherever you are and I will give you individual Attunements during the Workshops distantly in real time
